"After a long walk along the waterfront we got to Sham Tseng and found this gem of a restaurant. Overlooking the main car park but with a spacious canopied terrace, delightful red tableclothed tables lay. We had gorgeous hot crisp samosas. Amazing masala poppadums, seriously, these often overlooking Indian snacks were some of the best I have ever eaten. Finally some eggplant brinjal and a paneer byriani and I was done. One night I am going to come back here on a hot night and drink cold beer and nibble on masala poppadums, it doesn't get any better than this.."
